Any nominations received after 23rd August will not have been processed.

Clubs should have informed all players of their nomination, together with details of venue, time and date - see below

In the event of poor weather, please check the website on the morning of the assesments.

A nomination form MUST be submitted and then the assesments for those who have been nominated will take place early in September 2010, outside, as last year. See list below

We are running single age group assessments.

Nomination forms MUST BE RECEIVED BY 23 AUGUST LATEST

If forms arrive later than the closing date the nomination will not be accepted.
PLEASE complete all sections in CAPITAL letters.

Assessments will be held in age groups on the following dates:-

U10/U11 Middleton Sports Club Sea Lane Middleton 9.00 am 11. 00 am - Saturday 11 September 2010

U12 Middleton Sports Club 11.15 am - 13.00 pm - Saturday 11 September 2010

U13 Middleton Sports Club 9.00 am 11.00 am – Saturday 18 September 2010

U14/U15 Middleton Sports Club 11.15 am - 13.00pm - Saturday 18 September 2010

There is a choice of venue for the assessments this year so attendance is ONLY required on either 11 September or 18 September.
PLEASE NOTE if a nomination form has been submitted attendance at one of the above assessment days is required – NO FURTHER NOTIFICATION WILL BE GIVEN

Please note the assessments will be hard ball and therefore experience of hard ball cricket is required. Also protective equipment must be worn.
