Annual General Meeting 2012

The West Area Cricket Association cordially invites all clubs to its AGM. 

Date and time: Tuesday 28 February at 7.30pm

Venue: Middleton Sports Club, 3 Sea Lane, Middleton on Sea PO22 7RH

The West Area Cricket Association makes a very significant contribution to junior cricket in the West, in particularly in the administration of the Junior leagues and the management and running of the Western Warriors Area programme. Your attendance and input at the AGM would therefore be very much appreciated. Please note:

• Attendance from Focus Club representatives is part of the Focus Club criteria.

The agenda can be seen below but please note the following:

• Nominations of candidates for election should be made in writing to the Committee Chairman (Brian Towner) at least 7 days in advance of the meeting.
• Any items to be discussed under any other business should be made in writing to the Chairman (Brian Towner) at least 10 days in advance of the meeting.

Agenda Item 10: Proposal - U11 matches shall last for 40 overs (20 each side) Previous matches were 50 overs but after consultation with Managers it is felt that 20 overs per side is more appropriate for this age group
